The Ultimate Invitation

This week’s Sunday Scribbling prompt is “invitation”. This is my dream invite –

It’s Friday night and my husband has just arrived home from work. “Honey, I need you to pack a bag for two nights and bring something dressy to wear too!”

He has just surprised me with a weekend away to New York City. We fly first class and we stay in a suite at the New York Marriot Marquis. We attend a broadway show, have dinner in Greenwich Village, drinks at the Rainbow Room where Michael Buble is playing a sold out show. The next day we hit the Gugenheim Museum, take a carriage ride around Central Park, and hit Tiffany’s so I can pick out the jewelry of my choice before packing up and flying first class home.

How’s THAT for an invitation!

Smiles,

Lisa 🙂

It’s good to dream and somebody once said that the first step to making something happen is dreaming it up.

May all your dreams come true.

Wow! That DOES sound like the ultimate invitation! But, do you think it could really happen? Or only in the movies?
